Kory-Dean Wirihana, who disappeared after checking in and passing through security at Auckland Airport on Friday without boarding his flight to Christchurch, has been found safe, according to his family.
A relative confirmed his safety via social media, noting the family would now “navigate the next steps” together.
Police also confirmed his location and, along with the family, thanked the public for their support and help in finding Wirihana.

He probably went to the bathroom to shoot up or outside to smoke a joint and lost track of where he was. Happens all the time. Time flies when you’re having fun. 😃
