A former private chef for New Zealand tech entrepreneur Rod Drury has become the third woman to publicly accuse him of inappropriate behaviour, alleging he repeatedly kissed her on the lips while she worked on his yacht and later at his Queenstown property.
Megan Ruddle told Stuff she signed a confidential settlement and non-disclosure agreement after raising a personal grievance against Drury and his company Oto60 following her dismissal in 2025, but decided to speak publicly after Drury received a knighthood and was named New Zealander of the Year.
Drury has strongly denied the allegations, insisting there was never any intimate or physical relationship and claiming witnesses contradict Ruddle’s account.
The allegations follow separate claims by two former employees, including accusations of unwanted sexual advances and inappropriate contact, all of which Drury denies.

A knighthood from the Knights of Malta military church order cult. Baubles for toeing the line.
He’s a Mr.Big
He doesn’t do the things that little people do
Mee Too augmenting the slut movement.
It’s amazing how being fired can re-ignite moral rectitude.
Man + Woman = Sex Hormones…
Shit happens, especially in ‘Honeypot’ situations.
If the ‘Rod of Drury’ has become dreary, then maybe another plan is needed; legal prostitutes, perhaps,?…fflown out to his Yacht and then heading off into International Waters for some high seas hanky-panky?
Which set of lips did he kiss?
Give the guy a break what B/S made advances to a woman is that a crime.
She was most likely wanting his attention, all woman are like flies round poo when it comes to a man with money.
Weird how he sexually harassed her on his yacht, but then she still went to work for him in his Queenstown home afterwards.
Sounds almost implausible or something, almost like she and the other women are acting under instruction to “me too” the guy as some kind of payback.
Not that anyone would have reason to. Not like he once ran a gigantic online accounting program with access to hundreds of billions of financial records or anything. I’m sure he doesn’t know any big secrets or anything
nailed in the first sentence.
