A US Federal Court has frozen President Joe Biden’s business jab mandate, citing ‘grave statutory and constitutional concerns.’
The mandate says that companies with more than 100 employees must require workers to get the jab or be tested every week.
The mandates were facing multiple legal challenges from states and companies.
Yesterday, I sued the Biden Admin over its unlawful OSHA vax mandate.
WE WON. Just this morning, citing “grave statutory and constitutional issues,” the 5th Circuit stayed the mandate. The fight is not over and I will never stop resisting this Admin’s unconstitutional overreach! pic.twitter.com/okt2vkNRKo

The freeze however, is temporary only until full arguments have been heard by the court. The Biden administration has until Monday to file arguments against a permanent stay.
BREAKING: In a major win for liberty, the 5th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals just halted Biden's mandate on businesses with 100 or more workers. This is a stay. We will continue to see this case through. The gov't should not force, or coerce, medical procedures. #lalege #lagov
