Three hospitalised after car hits pedestrians at Auckland University

Three people were hospitalised after a car crashed into pedestrians on Symonds Street near the University of Auckland around noon on Monday.

One person sustained serious injuries, while two others were moderately injured and taken to Auckland City Hospital.

Another person was treated at the scene but did not require hospitalisation. Witnesses reported the car swerving and speeding before hitting the pedestrians and crashing into a tree.

Police are investigating the incident, with drugs or alcohol suspected as possible factors. Symonds Street was temporarily closed as authorities responded.

  1. Damn these “cars” just autonomously running people down in the streets. Soon they’ll be attacking Christmas markets like they do in the UK

    • … and Germany and France.

I had the same thought. The religion beginning with ‘I’ doing something violent beginning with “J’.

It could be just some stupid driver showing off whilst drifting and losing it, but it could be something else. The MSM will never tell us the truth because they are paid and/or influenced not to, so it is up to us to infer what is going on which may or may not be accurate.
