On 6 June this year the man kicked a cyclist into a parked car on Matapan Road in Panmure.
The incident was captured on video camera, but the offender remains unidentified.
According to reports the dirt biker, who was riding without a helmet on a bike with no number plates, became angry when filmed by the cyclist.

I can only go by what I have read but it seems the cyclist was being a Karen and got what they deserved.
So violence is ok, as long as its justifiable?? Hmmm… we saw the fruit of that thinking in Parliament grounds when police stepped in.

A civil society needs rules, and just enforcement of those rules to stop behaviour such as thuggery like this guy kicking the cyclist.

In fact yes, violence is okay. If anyone harmed me or those around me I would smash their face until it killed them.
Was the cyclist being violent?
Not only are they justifying violence they are justifying escalation of a alleged non violent confrontation to a violent confrontation.
Maybe one day soon the Police will issue a statement that they will not investigate the deaths of any gang members or associates and we will hear this scum rat squeal.
