Philip Polkinghorne acquitted of murder

Philip Polkinghorne news

A jury in Auckland has found Philip Polkinghorne not guilty of the murder of his wife, Pauline Hanna, in their Remuera home in April 2021.

The verdict, which followed eight weeks of trial and testimony from over 80 witnesses, was met with emotional reactions in the courtroom.

While Polkinghorne showed no emotion, members of his family cried, and Hanna’s family appeared shocked by the outcome.

Outside the court, Polkinghorne called the verdict a “huge turning point” and expressed his hope that Pauline could now rest in peace. Crown prosecutor Alysha McClintock respected the jury’s decision, emphasising that although the case was tragic, the evidence did not meet the threshold for conviction beyond a reasonable doubt.

Polkinghorne remains scheduled for sentencing in November on unrelated charges of possessing methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, to which he pled guilty before the murder trial.

The jury’s decision brought an end to the murder case, although a coronial inquest into Pauline Hanna’s death will still follow.

Hanna’s family, though disappointed by the verdict, acknowledged the jury’s decision.

  1. All is NOT well in upper-class suburbia…and never has been…!
They can afford the designer-label clothing, perfume / cologne, jewelry and drugs.
Watch the spirochetes wiggle under the microscope…and the p-pipes in the loo…!

  2. Or…perhaps the murder actually did happen, and the Old Boy Network is covering up for a …’Brother’…!
These types of people always seem to get off from their criminal activities, after delivering the ‘Grand Hailing Sign of Distress’ or mentioning G.A.O.T.U..
The ‘Court’ of ‘Law’ governed by Saturn and messaging via the ‘Black Robe(s’) in the ‘Court Room’ will see to it all!
After all, those ‘in the know’ will always be ‘on the level’ and given a ‘square deal’ during the ‘proceedings’ where the ‘Worshipful Master’ is in the dual role of being the ‘Judge’.
MONEY buys ‘Just-us’ in the J3wdicial System’. Money talks, and bulls*#t walks, as the saying goes. Those with it see themselves as ‘un-prosecutable’ as they can buy their way out of most everything.

  3. I wouldn’t like to say but the prosecution tried to convict him of strangling Pauline Hanna but there was no actual evidence of this. The defense claimed it was a suicide but this also seems hard to believe. There doesn’t seem to be any trace of how she suicided or at least it hasn’t been mentioned.

What I always assumed it was was from the first report I read, that she died suddenly in her sleep. She had just had the Covid vaccination only a few days prior. The vaccination rollout for her came early as she was 63 but she also had a senior role in one of the DHB’s

I think there’s been a cover up of a Covid vaccine related death. But we will never know.

Philip Polkinghorrne’s other vices certainly came to light but this is also not evidence to any murder. And you my not like the kind of lifestyle he was leading. Fair enough. I also think the media have played this aspect up as well. There’s nothing like airing all the dirty laundry in a case like this. People become more fascinated when there are all these lurid details. I find it very sad and a terrible tragedy for everyone involved. RIP Pauline Hanna. She died too young.

    • Your third paragraph screams of the continual vax cover-ups.
P.P. has probably fallen out of favour among his ‘peers’ due to his lifestyle with drugs, ho’s and adultery. That doesn’t sit well with the ‘(Masonic) Pillars of Society’, the ‘Elite’ and the ‘Upper Classes’.
Violate the Code of Conduct, and one from the Ruling / Elite Social & Economic Class’ will be off to prison…or worse!

      • Yes, well that’s what I’m mostly about and here for, the terrible vaccinations set upon us like it were our duty for humankind, whether it was a good for us or not.
For me that’s what I always thought it was and so far nothing has proven me wrong.

      • The Freemasons aren’t elite. I have some living next door to me. Just low rent trash who belong to the masons because no one else wants to be their friends.

Those types of clubs are for weirdos, same as those freak shows who breed dogs and cats and go to shows.
