Nicholas Wimbish, a 25-year-old Georgia poll worker and recent graduate, has been arrested for allegedly sending a letter that threatened other poll workers with violence, including rape and a bomb threat.

The letter, mailed under an alias following a verbal dispute with a voter, threatened various election officials in Jones County and included graphic language about physical harm.

Wimbish has been charged with multiple federal crimes, including making false statements to the FBI and mailing threats, and could face up to 25 years in prison if convicted.

He had previously expressed a desire on social media to pursue a career in elections management and recently commented on the importance of election integrity.

The FBI’s Atlanta office is investigating the case.

  1. Interesting the corporate media refuse to mention his political leaning and the fact he is anti-Trump. If he was a republican that would be in the headlines everywhere

  2. I don’t know much about this.
My guess: Him and his boyfriend thought up a plan to pose as a disgruntled Trump supporter.
Similar to the Jussie Smollett thing…
