British MPs are urging Prime Minister Keir Starmer to back legislation that would permanently remove Prince Andrew from the royal line of succession, following his fall from grace over his links to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, The Telegraph (UK) reports.
The Duke of York, who was stripped of his royal titles and duties, remains eighth in line to the throne — a position several lawmakers argue is unacceptable given the ongoing allegations surrounding his past conduct with Jeffrey Epstein.
Labour MP Jon Trickett said Parliament must “resolve once and for all” the possibility of Andrew inheriting the crown, even in the most unlikely circumstances, while Independent MP Rachael Maskell called for his removal as counsellor of state — a role allowing him to act on the King’s behalf.
Public opinion appears overwhelmingly supportive of decisive action, with a recent YouGov poll showing nearly 80% of Britons in favor of stripping Andrew of his titles and residence privileges. Any change to the royal succession, however, would require parliamentary approval across the UK and other Commonwealth realms that recognize King Charles III as head of state.

We despair at the self-insulting childlike minds that dismiss something they have NEVER researched simply because their programmed perceptions of the possible cannot grasp even the possibility that it’s true (see Rogan, Carroll, et al).
