She 100% knew it was coming by her body language. And yes, she smirked as she started filming.
She’s probably smiling because she thinks the video she’s recording is going to blow up on Instagram. Some things just aren’t that deep.
So not only were the secret service in on this hit job but some of the crowd were aware of it too, and decided to come to the rally and sit ringside as it were to get a good view. Makes sense…
She probably did know it was coming as multiple others did when they saw the shooter, alerted SS and the SS did nothing! This goes higher up

Time will tell of course, but seriously..? Oh well, I guess the conspiracy flakes had to pop up sooner or later. If it was an alleged inside job, and she was involved, then she is an incredibly stupid woman, putting her life in the hands of a kid fresh out of school.

The shooter didn’t need to be an operative, he only needed to be allowed. The US monitors communication worldwide. They could’ve known about this and simply didn’t intervene.
That’s exactly what they did, given the Government’s past forensic behaviours.
Now- let’s see IF the FBI, DIA, CIA, ATF and a whole host of other Alphabet Agencies can use facial recognition software to ID this woman, run a background check and question the ..’subject’…!
