Dr. Emanuel E. Garcia graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in 1986.
He practiced psychiatry, psychoanalysis and psychotherapy before emigrating to New Zealand in 2006, where he worked in general psychiatry with the public health system. He promoted the integration of psychiatric with physical medical care in his practice.
Garcia became a vocal critic of the government’s approach during the COVID crisis and a sought-after commentator on the issue. He is a founding member of NZDSOS and authors the NewZealandDoc substack. He retired from medical practice in late 2021. In early 2020 he began publicly to voice concerns about the unscientific and irrational covid policies of New Zealand, and was a regular speaker at the Parliament protests in 2022.
Garcia feels is critically important for us to know our opponents, to have realistic expectations, and to ‘fight smart’.
At the “Safe & Effective” Roadshow he will be outlining and exploring some very practical tools for the struggle against the deceptive narratives and corrupt power structure that are curtailing and harming our lives and liberties.
