Liz Gunn and Jonathan Clark appeared in court today facing charges relating to an incident at Auckland Airport in February last year.

At their last court appearance in August, the police were ordered to provide copies of CCTV footage of the incident to Gunn and Clark, and their lawyers.

According to a report from Counterspin outside the Manukau District Court after the hearing, police have ‘not been forthcoming with the entire coverage, providing only an angle that is obscured by a column.’

‘The presiding judge has ordered the police to provide the requested footage or risk the case being dismissed,’ reported Counterspin.

Speaking outside the court Gunn said the police were dragging their heels, being nearly a year on since the incident and they still haven’t provided the footage.

‘It’s really wrong for a side that has all the access to the footage, and in their documentation they refer to the footage, and the defence don’t have the same footage. So we can’t prepare our case, and yet the judge went ahead anyway and decided to set down a hearing in May (May the 7th)…

‘The one concession he made [ie. the judge] today… if the police don’t produce that evidence within 21 days of today then our lawyer can apply to have the case dismissed.’

  1. Never forget their behaviour in 2020-2022.

Never forget what they did to baby Will and his parents.

When the politicians unclip their leashes, give them near-unfettered power over you, THAT’S when their true character comes out.

Many many good ones, but FAR too many bad ones. No longer a profession I trust or respect. Sorry not sorry👎

  2. Reality is that all police are scum world over. You might say they are the first you would call if something criminal happened to you, maybe, but you would find they don’t give a damn and let you down regardless.

  3. This gorilla who injured Liz’s arm by wrenching it upwards severely behind her back which still gives her pain and necessitating wearing a sling to relax it and alleviate pain need s to be bought to heel too
Absolutely appalling disgusting inappropriate and unacceptable behavior
Liz is a caring loving paragon of a person totally dedicated to the health and well being of others and in unmasking this fake plandemic inflicted upon us and the devastating consequences and impact on peoples lives

  4. NZ police have shot themselves in the foot by becoming politicized.
I have lost all trust in police. Same with the medical profession. Most of these ‘professionals’ have no morals, They have become tools of corrupt politicians.

  5. After Christchurch nothing would surprise me
Which has exposed the parliamentarians running NZ
And their accomplices implicated complicit in collusion and collaboration
As being nothing more than a criminal fraternity of fraudsters in brazen blatant full on frontal view
Who carry on with their crimes unabated and without fear of consequence because they know they are protected
