Helen Petousis-Harris, the well-known NZ vaccinologist who continues to push the “safe and effective” mantra for the COVID jab, found herself in the middle of a social media storm after posting a tweet about Donald Trump’s historic election victory.

Others were more direct in their criticism of Petousis-Harris, with one user tweeting, “How about sticking to vaccines and staying out of politics? Helen had her day in the media spotlight sun and took the one sided narrative approach as opposed to the balanced. As a Vaccinologist and together with her advising roles and affiliations I would have expected her to have been across ‘all things ‘vaccine including adverse reactions. Her silence on these issues is telling and hopefully one day soon by way of justice …will come home to roost!
