New Zealand have defeated Fiji 24-18 in the Rugby League World Cup match in Hull.
The victory means the Kiwis will face Australia in the semi-finals next week.
RLWC2021 referee having a shocker Fiji v Kiwis, video ref awful decision. It is as if they are trying to make an Australia Kiwi semi-final. Fiji just awesome

Congratulations to Sunia Turuva who had an absolutely wonderful game at fullback for Fiji against the Kiwis this morning…glad he’s going to be a Panther for the next few years…I know a superstar when I see one. #pantherpride pic.twitter.com/AwrU0w6uOh

This was not in the script! The @fijirugbyleague ????????backs are tearing the @NZRL_Kiwis ????????apart and have scored two tries without reply. Big shock on the cards, the Kiwis need to improve rapidly. If they don't, then Fiji will play their traditional @RLWC2021 semi final v Kangaroos????????

Not the recap I was expecting to write but Fiji were that good in the first half.
Kiwis dominance in yardage finally started to show on the scoreboard in the second.
Kiwis 906m to Fiji's 789m in the first 40 minutes. Finished with 1,991m to 1,433m.https://t.co/1PerN9qA8P
