Alex Jones to lose InfoWars

Alex Jones - InfoWars news

Jones will have to sell his platform to cover a $1.5 billion defamation judgment.

Political commentator and InfoWars founder Alex Jones is being compelled to liquidate his assets, including the parent company of InfoWars, to address a $1.5 billion court-imposed fine. Despite Jones’ long-standing commitment to broadcasting alternative news and challenging mainstream narratives, he now faces severe financial consequences following his controversial claims about the Sandy Hook massacre.

Jones, who filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2022 after a Connecticut judge’s ruling, is now seeking to convert this to a Chapter 7 liquidation due to the insurmountable nature of his debts. His lawyers have argued that there is no viable path for reorganisation. Although Jones’ assets fall short of covering the massive fine, an agreement with the Sandy Hook families allows him to liquidate his holdings to pay a minimum of $85 million over the next decade. Jones maintains that the American Deep State has targeted him through this legal campaign, threatening the future of his influential and highly popular InfoWars platform.

  1. Meanwhile the mainstream media:

“There are weapons of mass destruction in Iraq”

“Relax, there is no big short coming”

“No, Obama didn’t sell arms to Mexican cartels”

“No, Obama and Hillary did not traffic arms through Libya and Syria”

“No, Hillary Clinton has no private server in her bathroom”

“The Bengazi attacks were the result of a YouTube video. Hillary had no warning her personnel were in danger”

“No, Joe Biden has no business interests in Ukraine”

“Hillary has a 98% chance of winning the election”

    “Russian collusion 😱”

“No, Obama admin did NOT ““spy”” on stoopid Trump”

“Trump calls Nazis very fine people”

    “Trump over feeds Koi fish”

    “Stormy Daniels 😈”

“Covid-19 is the deadliest pandemic in history”

    “Millions are dying daily”

    “Trump said “inject bleach””

    “Trump’s BASELESS election fraud claims”

“A million billion intelligence agents confirm Hunter Biden laptop is Russian misinformation”

“2020 was the most free and fair election of all time”

“Joe Biden is popular and his policies are economically wonderful”

“Joe Biden passed cognitive test with flying colours”

“No, Joe Biden did not soil himself at the Vatican”

“Donald trump made hush money payments to Stormy Daniels”

A relentless avalanche of never-ending BS from them with no end in sight, and nothing so much as a fine for any of it. But Alex Jones exposed their dishonesty every step of the way, and gets slapped with enough to bankrupt Scrooge McDuck. What a f**king pathetic and openly corrupt joke the US justice system is.

It’s fine, let their lawfare tactics run its course, take everything he owns, up to and including the clothes on his back. Once the “debt” is legally recognised as being discharged, he can start again. All he’ll need is a microphone. The audience isn’t going anywhere, his name alone will keep him afloat. The Louder with Crowder crew already have a slot reserved for him.

  2. This is crazy the mainstream media can actively lie to their readers /viewers/ listeners but, some one trying to be a real journalist gets one thing wrong and he’s forced to pay over a billion. When will all the lying scum sucking politicians be forced to pay for the lies they have deliberately told. The mainstream media is dead and they just don’t want to admit it yet as they know it’s their own fault for actively lying to people.
