Biden labels Putin a ‘murderous madman’, Kremlin responds

Biden - Putin news

In a recent display of diplomatic immaturity, US President Joe Biden has once again insulted Russian President Vladimir Putin, labelling him a “murderous madman” during a NATO summit in Washington.

Biden’s remark is part of a series of public disparagements against Putin, with previous instances including calling him a “butcher” and a “crazy S.O.B.” Such language from a head of state is not only unbecoming but also reveals a lack of respect for international diplomacy, said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

Peskov condemned Biden’s comments as “absolutely unacceptable” and noted that these outbursts do not reflect well on the American leader.

Peskov said that while Moscow takes note of these statements, the Russian leadership remains focused on more pressing issues.

Meanwhile, Biden’s repeated gaffes, such as confusing President Zelensky with Putin and misnaming political figures, have raised serious concerns about his cognitive abilities, even among his own party members. Despite these concerns, Biden continues to insist on his capability to lead.
