In a recent New York Times interview former Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Joe Biden should have stepped out of the race sooner, allowing for a more competitive Democratic primary.
Pelosi suggested that an early exit by Biden could have led to an open primary with multiple candidates, “potentially strengthening” Kamala Harris’s position. However, Biden’s last-minute endorsement of Harris, just hours after his exit, effectively cleared the path for her nomination without substantial opposition, solidifying her support within the Democratic National Committee.
Pelosi said that while the nomination process was technically “open”, Harris’s swift consolidation of support closed the door for other potential contenders.
She noted that Harris’s prompt maneuvering to secure the nomination ultimately saved time before the election. Pelosi believed a primary could have offered Harris the chance to build broader momentum, leading to a “potentially stronger” race for the Democrats.

Democrats never seem to figure out that it is about POLICY. People have been called racist and sexist because they did not vote for Kamala Harris. However, it would be racist and sexist to vote for her because of her color and sex.
Either (a) Democrats are so stupid that they truly do not realize that most people care about policy or, (b) they do not want to talk about policy (because their policy aims to destroy the US) and deflect to pretend that it is about race, sex and whatever else.
You can see where Democrat policy ultimately goes by looking at the state of Democrat run cities and states that have been controlled by them for decades. The urban decay is off the charts.
