The assailant, aged in his 20s, will appear in court tomorrow.
Police were called to the Four Square in St. Heliers at around 7.30pm last after reports an intoxicated man was running around the store with a knife.
One shopper was stabbed and received ‘minor injuries’, according to police.
The attack appears to have been random and unprovoked.
