Christian ‘King’ Combs, son of rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, faces allegations of sexual assault brought by Grace O’Marcaigh, stemming from an incident during a family vacation in St Martin in 2022.
The lawsuit, filed in a civil court in Los Angeles, also implicates Sean Combs for allegedly aiding in the assault.
According to the lawsuit, O’Marcaigh, who served as a steward on the yacht, accuses Christian Combs of physically and sexually assaulting her in a hostile environment filled with intoxicated individuals, suspected sex workers, celebrities, and drugs. She alleges that Christian Combs forcibly groped her and attempted to coerce her into performing oral sex.
Sean Combs is named in the lawsuit for ‘premises liability’ as he chartered the luxury yacht, allegedly turning the family excursion into a hedonistic atmosphere. O’Marcaigh claims her complaints were not taken seriously, and Sean Combs allegedly paid off the crew to silence her.
These allegations add to a series of serious sexual assault accusations against Sean Combs, including claims from his long-time partner, Casandra ‘Cassie’ Ventura. Their lawyer Arron Dyer has dismissed the latest allegations as ‘lewd and meritless’ and intends to file a motion to dismiss the claim.
