Thousands in Berlin protest arms deliveries to Ukraine and Israel

Thousands of demonstrators gathered in Berlin on Thursday, protesting against Germany’s military support for Ukraine and Israel while demanding an end to the ongoing conflicts.

The rally, organized by pro-peace and left-wing groups, coincided with German Unity Day and drew attention to concerns over escalating violence and potential nuclear risks.

Protesters carried banners advocating for peace and diplomacy, with messages like “Never again war” and “Diplomats instead of grenades.”

Banners condemned German Chancellor Olaf Scholz’s foreign policy stance.

Sahra Wagenknecht, leader of the newly formed BSW party, addressed the rally, calling for negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin and denouncing what she called the hypocrisy surrounding the Israel-Hamas war. The protest proceeded peacefully, with attendance estimated to be 40,000, according to organisers.

  1. A pity Germany had to be de industrialized and its economy broken before source of the problem has come to light
Blind leaders leading the blind into the ditch
Works the same for everyone even here in NZ
After borrowing (Printing) one hundred billion for a PCR pandemic that never did exist approaching a world wide economic collapse and depression possibly a world war or greater regional wars what possibly could go wrong?
With Europe about to be consumed and ravaged by war
I would predict Ardern to be back in NZ anytime soon
