Police have confirmed that the body recovered from the water in Eastbourne is that of Terrence Jameson, who had been missing since October 25.
Detective Senior Sergeant Hamish Blackburn stated that while the circumstances surrounding Terrence’s death remain unclear, the investigation is ongoing, and police are appealing for public assistance.
Terrence was last seen on a track behind Harcourt Park in Upper Hutt, possibly carrying his electric one-wheel scooter, which could appear as a black box, and may have been wearing or carrying red basketball boots.
Police urge anyone with information that could aid the investigation to contact them at 105, quoting file number 241025/6976.
