This week, your Party will require you to vote on the Gene Technology Bill that was first presented to parliament on 17 December 2024 — a day now marked as one of the darkest in New Zealand history.
Many of you will be ordered to vote in favour of it, but if you genuinely represent our people and this country, it is imperative that you Cross the Floor and vote a resounding NO.
Why? Because this proposed legislation is poised to cause catastrophic damage, it is a death-knell to our sovereignty and our lives and it will destroy the health of New Zealanders — you and your loved ones included. It will also destroy nature’s sacred blueprint, our burgeoning export market for premium organic and GM-free produce, eco and wellness tourism, and any likelihood of restoring them in the future.
It is madness, where a few technocrats, aided by politicians, seek to play God with the sacred blueprint of nature in all living things.
It is likely that you haven’t read this lengthy legislation. With a busy schedule, you rely on the Party to which you belong to tell you how to vote. Your Party — if you are in government — will be telling you to ‘tick the box’ and vote yes. (If you’re on the Left, you’ll be told to vote against it but also told that the medical side of the Gene Technology Bill is fine. That is most definitely is NOT fine either.) Please, before you vote yes to this proposed legislation, at least take the time to read my three earlier articles here, here and here on the details of this Bill that I spent all summer researching, writing and summarising, in a desperate attempt to get New Zealanders to understand what is at stake. (Part 1 and 2 have subtitles, so it is easy to find the applicable reference in the main articles.)
Perhaps most of you who are told to vote yes to the legislation have been advised it will increase export markets. Well, the world is increasingly paying high premiums for organic and GM-free produce, so the Gene Technology Bill, if passed, will make our export markets plummet, as this legislation recklessly lifts all meaningful controls on gene technology in plants and animals and will result in turning our country into little more than an experimental lab for GM, synthetic bio-tech and big pharma technocrats without restriction, genetically modifying human beings, produce, animals and nature, with no liability, no labelling, and no traceability.
It will kill our export markets in key areas of growing international demand. And if any GM contamination pollutes your land it is you that has to clean it up, not the contaminator. New Zealand is an island and in the perfect position to become the organic food basket of the world, attracting premium prices. This destroys that unique competitive advantage.
GM food is intended to be unlabelled and untraceable — because few would choose to buy it — giving no control over what we eat, destroying our health, our food, and the flora and fauna of our stunning country. As mentioned: There is no traceability, no accountability and there are no meaningful safety regulations. It meddles with the genetics of Life resulting in catastrophic irreversible repercussions.
GM crops give poorer yields and make people sick, as they have done in Asia, Africa and Latin America with Bioceres wheat. GM HAS NEVER BEEN PROVEN SAFE.

The medical Gene Tech proposed in this legislation can maim and kill and remove all opportunity for you and your loved ones to be protected. It is cunningly worded. An example of this is the definition of ‘medical activity’ in Clause 8 of the Gene Technology Bill. It has serious implications with regard to the NZ Bill of Rights 1990, the Precautionary Principle, the Nuremberg Code and all that we hold sacred in Nature and Life, as it states that ‘Medical activity’ in a ‘special emergency’ includes; administering a regulated organism or gene technology to a human for a therapeutic purpose; or to an animal or to enable the use of a medical device on humans or animals; or to enable the undertaking of clinical trials on humans or animals; and includes the administration of medicines or veterinary medicines using a gene technology or regulated organism. That’s a little light on specifics isn’t it? Does it sound safe to you? Ref 2: Clause 8.
Why are ‘medical devices’ and ‘clinical trials on humans or animals’ slotted under the definition of ‘medical activity’? Shouldn’t those terms have a separate definition that includes the word experiment? Doesn’t this hide medical devices and experimentation? Most would think the term ‘medical activity’ was to do with a medical treatment they understood, not potentially having a genetic organism or genetic technology put inside them that would alter their sacred, unique DNA, or a ‘medical device’ put inside their body or an experiment or trial done on them. How many Kiwis will be oblivious to what ‘medical activity’ could cover? How many would be told it was a gene technology injection or a ‘regulated organism’ or even a ‘hazardous substance’ put into their body that could maim and kill, as has already been proven?
The ‘substances’ that can be used in a special emergency (on humans and animals) and advertised (just by applying for approval to distribute, sell or advertise) are outlined in Clause 242 and include, as mentioned, a medicine or medical device that is or contains a hazardous substance, a new organism or a regulated organism. Does that sound safe to you? Ref here.
Members of Parliament, I urgently appeal to you on behalf of all New Zealanders who want to protect the sanctity of mind, body and spirit in all human life, and the sacred blueprint and essence of nature:
You are in the unique position of being able to put a halt to this threat to our people and our country, which is setting the stage for an irreversible catastrophe far greater than any threat of war.
This is YOUR time to stand for the people and our country, YOUR time to do what is right and YOUR time to be courageous. It is YOUR time to do what is imperative for our people and our country.
THIS is the line in the sand. THIS is the Hill for every member of parliament. In this place and at this time. There is no other time more important than this — for this is a vote with the sacred protection of Life of all living things hanging in the balance. This is the God-gene that is poised to be tampered with here. No one has any right to tamper with it.

You are the thin red line between this being enacted and irreversibly enslaving and harming our people and country. Without consent, this intended Bill permits alteration of our DNA — the individual essence of each human being — through mRNA or unknown medical devices that, as mentioned, is or contains a hazardous substance, a new organism, or a regulated organism. It potentially enables biotech and pharma to ‘own’ you through patented inserted products. Harari (WEF) said the idea of having a soul was over and they intend to hack into our brains and make us think or do what we may not ever consider. (His words, not mine).
THIS IS NOT ABOUT HEALTH. THIS IS ABOUT CONTROL, THROUGH A.I.
It is equivalent to an Act of War as it sets NZ up for unlimited mRNA jabs despite proven devastation. Most of you know this. (You know this, because New Zealand Doctors Speaking out with Science has sent proof to all MPs, by registered mail, many times.)
As mentioned, it cedes sovereignty to foreign powers and unelected corrupt cabals as it mandates NZ to robotically follow suit whenever mRNA jabs are rolled out in any country and violates the Bill of Rights and our sovereignty. Ethical guidelines have been deleted. (Even Australia retains some.)
Recently HHS Secretary RFK Jr. announced a complete rejection of the World Health Organisation’s Global Health Treaty and International Health Regulation (IHR) Amendments. He said the US will NOT surrender its sovereignty to an unelected Body. [A top funder of WHO is the Gates Foundation]. “The proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations open the door to the kind of narrative management, propaganda, and censorship that we saw during the COVID pandemic. The United States can cooperate with other nations without jeopardizing our civil liberties, without undermining our Constitution, and without ceding away America’s treasured sovereignty,” Kennedy wrote on X.
New Zealand shouldn’t jeopardise its Human Rights or cede our sovereignty to anyone either. It is imperative that we don’t.
Again, this proposed Bill irreversibly destroys our GM-Free export status — and our key competitive organic food exports worth 42 billion a year — and with GM-Free even more. Tourism suffers. No one wants GM food. This is sabotage.
It is crudely rushed. It absolves all involved from liability. It removes the Precautionary Principle.
NO ONE has the authority to alter the DNA of Life — nature’s perfect blueprint — our God-given link to the spiritual essence of all living things. Nature is divinely intelligent, provides cures for every ailment and works in perfect harmony. This destroys that.
It is treasonous legislation, reducing our country to the experimental play-thing of technocrats who, if allowed to continue, will destroy NZ through contamination with components to control through A.I. — aided by government.
It MUST IMMEDIATELY be thrown out or — at the very least — halted while a full investigation is done into any government collusion (current and former) with Pharma, Biotech, and unelected organisations. Despite our country being GE-free, the government already funds mRNA and GM companies through 17 different channels. It apparently approved Bioceres GM wheat 12 months ago. Does that sound like a vested interest to you? Jumping the gun before the Gene Technology Bill was put before parliament? Isn’t that illegal?
Members of Parliament: If you vote for this Gene Technology legislation you will be regarded by many fellow New Zealanders as traitors — never to be trusted again. but if you vote against it — even if that means finding your power and crossing the floor regardless of party politics — you will be forever known as a champion of the people and our country. One that Kiwis could count on as having the guts and the courage to do the right thing when our country hovered on the brink of irreversible destruction.
Which one are you?
For whatever reason, you are at a pivotal moment in the history of our Nation. New Zealand needs YOU to vote NO, to cross the floor if necessary — REGARDLESS OF PARTY ORDERS. That is now the only way to protect New Zealand. If you don’t, every time you look in the mirror you will see a sell-out who betrayed our people and our beloved country. Vote NO and you will see a courageous soul, who knows that when it REALLY counted, when the sacred spiritual essence of every living thing hung in the balance, you did what was right. You stood firm. Winston Peters used to be our MP for Northland. and NZ First always had (in the past) a Precautionary GE/GMO policy…and supported the right of local councils to put in place additional protections against the risks of outdoor GE/GMOs, in keeping with the wishes of their farmers and other ratepayers. I am truly stunned. Is it really possible that our representatives in parliament do not read what they vote on? Am I really that out of touch with how they govern? Is there no ‘homework’ check on them before they cast such an important ever-lasting vote? How could such conduct be legal, how could it be binding? Incredulous, I would have no words how to describe such conduct.
Anonymous, thank you for your feedback. It seems there is such an avalanche of paper that some become submerged in it and so we have a robotic type of reliance on whatever Party they are in . It shows how easy it is for powerful lobby groups to influence governments….but they can cross the floor and vote against it and I am certainly hoping some have the courage to do this. Dear Mary, I can quite understand your taking six months to work urgently on this issue. I have a U.E. level pass in english comprehension and could not understand this bill. I was forced to draw the conclusion that it was ‘written’ using chatGTP or a similar programme. No offence to the minister but she does have an awful lot on her plate with those six portfolios, possibly the bill could be reviewed and made more comprehensible before a vote is taken regarding it’s viability as legislation. As for genetic engineering aka gene technology, the definition of technology being: ‘works some of the time’, asking “what could possibly go wrong?” of a machine structured brain is by definition predictive programming (ie. let’s try it and see) NOT the mild sarcasm implied and interpreted as such by a natural, organic human brain.

Here is a problem that must be overcome. If the elected Parliamentary representatives reject a proposal or advises against proceeding, the Depaetment of Prime Minister and Cabinet may adjust its recommendations accordingly, reflecting the political and legislative landscape. However, the “Executive i.e. the DPMC and Cabinet retains the ultimate authority to accept, modify, or reject recommendations based on broader governmental priorities such as the requirements of “Rules Based International Order policy objectives”. This situation leaves the elected representative and the parliament powerless.

“Crossing the floor” may be effective because the act of doing so would draw extraordinary media attention to the issue. Unfortunately the fact that, the “Executive i.e. the DPMC and Cabinet retains the ultimate authority to accept, modify, or reject recommendations has the potential to ignore even “floor crossings”. An example of the executive entering into rules based international order initiatives without consulting the people’s representatives is the Paris Agreement. The executive signed the treaty 113 days before it was submitted to the parliament for consultation.

BTW: The Treasury deserves special scrutiny. In there are power brokers from overseas, ex-world bankers and other career suits who couldn’t care less about the people. Some are hoding that job since many decades. No wonder that New Zealand is a one-party state.

It is called PEP. Politically exposed person.
Many financial institutions are legislated to identify if someone is a PEP. Banks, lawyers, even real estate agents are required by law to contact internal affairs for unsual or politically motivated transactions involving large sums of money that are suspicious. Not beneficial. Hopefully making it harder to stop money laundering.
I can not see the release of GE as a benefit to New Zealands clean green food production and international sales. Japan has already announced they will not purchase from us if we go down the GE path.
It only sinks in when such absurd decisions are made yet side passed or excused from scrutiny that you realise it is all just a game to destroy the welfare of humanity through the consumption of food, water. Water being separately targeted with fluoride.
You take what is happening in the UK and Europe with millions of fighting aged men being welcomed by governments. Moreover being houses in 5 star hotels, provided with smartphones, bank accounts, money, an income. Largely ignoring serious crime etc. Whats the endgame there?
Recently it has been reported the UK is on the brink of social collapse. All designed to introduce controls to restrict movement, reduce your footprint, invade privacy, introduce a universal wage, sideline legal rights in home ownership.

Govts. are elected by the people for the people to serve the people. When they dont serve the people anymore they must be removed. They are our servants not our masters. You cant say that about the last few Govts. in NZ they have turned out to be Dictators. I dont think NZ has had an honest election for quite a few decades either. They are being too heavily influenced by outside NGOs with hand picked candidates by the WEF with their shrills and Co. to the point where elections are just a formality in the pretense that an election was actually held.
