The Council report released [Wednesday] highlights Lisa’s extraordinary and selfless actions on the morning of the landslide.
She made the safety of others at the campground her priority, and went to heroic lengths to help those around her.

Lisa was cleverer, braver; and more effective than 1150 Tauranga staff, and the 500 contractors employed by council.
