Russian forces have launched a series of missile and drone strikes against military-linked logistics and storage facilities in and around Kiev, including a warehouse Moscow says contained Ukraine’s long-range Flamingo cruise missiles.
Russia’s Defense Ministry said the strikes hit the Fim Service transport and logistics centre in Chaiky, outside Kiev, as well as another logistics hub in Kalinovka allegedly used to distribute Western-supplied military cargo. Video shared online showed a large fire followed by powerful secondary explosions at a warehouse complex, with burning debris thrown into the air.
Moscow also reported hitting an ammunition facility at Milaya containing components and launch boosters for FP-1 and FP-2 long-range drones. Other targets included fuel facilities in Izmail and maritime and logistics infrastructure in Nikolayev allegedly used by the Ukrainian military.
Kiev regional authorities confirmed a warehouse fire accompanied by explosions and temporarily closed a 17km section of the M-06 Kiev-Chop highway. Residents were warned to stay clear of the area and not film the aftermath.
Ukrainian Prime Minister Sergey Koretsky said the incident involved a fire followed by a “detonation” and compared it with a major ammunition-depot explosion in the Kiev suburb of Vishnevoye in July.
Today at 20:35, a strike involving Geran-4 jet-powered loitering munitions targeted a warehouse complex in the village of Myla, Bucha District, Kyiv Oblast.
The facility was used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) as a rocket and artillery weapons depot.

“Unfortunately, we can already state that the terrible tragedy in Vishnevoye did not become a lesson,” Koretsky said, describing the recurrence of such incidents as “criminal negligence” and calling for those responsible to be punished.
His comments appeared to raise renewed concerns about storing explosive military material close to populated areas. Following the July Vishnevoye strike, Ukraine’s Security Service said ammunition had been stored in unsuitable warehouses without required permits, including sites in the “immediate proximity” of residential areas.
Russia says its continuing attacks are directed at Ukraine’s military-industrial and logistics infrastructure in response to Ukrainian strikes on Russian territory. Moscow maintains that civilians are not deliberately targeted.

The whole of Europe including the UK is waging a proxy war backing Ukraine against Russia. Ukraine has lost half its population and are now press ganging men on the streets into the army and then onto the frontline. Plenty of proof this is happening.
