Gates, Pfizer CEO and NATO chief named in Dutch COVID jab lawsuit

Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, Pfizer chief executive Albert Bourla and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte have been named in legal proceedings in the Netherlands involving allegations about COVID-19 jabs and their role in the global ‘pandemic’ response.

Dutch lawyer Peter Stassen, representing the claimants, has advanced arguments that the vaccines formed part of a wider programme of public deception associated with the so-called ‘Great Reset’. He has characterised the injections as biological weapons and accused those named in the proceedings of participating in their implementation.

The allegations have attracted attention from independent media commentators, including Dan Dicks of Press For Truth, who has examined the case and its potential implications for individual accountability over pandemic-era decisions.

The proceedings raise questions about the extent to which prominent political and corporate figures can face civil liability for decisions connected with public health policies and pharmaceutical products.

The case was heard publicly on 22 October 2026 before three judges at the District Court of the Northern Netherlands in Leeuwarden. It was brought in 2023 by seven claimants who allege they suffered harm following COVID-19 vaccination. Two of the original claimants have since died.
