Kayla Rose -‘You Ain’t Woman Enough’

Kayla Rose You Aint Woman Enough

You Ain’t Woman Enough is such a fun, tongue-in-cheek song that I’ve loved since I was a kid! When I got the chance to record my debut EP, this Loretta Lynn classic was the first song I wanted to tackle. I was excited to add my own unique twist and make it feel a bit more Kayla Rose. I’m really proud of how it turned out and hope everyone enjoys it as much as I do!

Kayla Rose is a versatile singer-songwriter who recently brought her rich musical heritage from Auckland, New Zealand, to Ipswich, Queensland. As a member of the legendary Greaves family, New Zealand country music royalty, Kayla carries a prestigious legacy. She is the granddaughter of the late Rusty Greaves, who performed on the iconic Grand Ole Opry stage, and the niece of international recording artist, the late Kevin Greaves.

With a childhood immersed in the industry and family ties to the premier Auckland band Midnite Special Kayla has developed a dynamic range. Her performances seamlessly bridge the generations, featuring everything from 1950s classics to contemporary hits and her own compelling original music.

Kayla released her debut EP “Dear Little Me” in September 2025, with special mention of her debut single Drinks and follow up single Dear Little Me. This EP gives you a glimpse of a diary entry of a 20 something finding herself in the world. Whether performing live or recording in the studio, Kayla Rose is dedicated to sharing her music with the world and connecting with audiences on a deeper level and is currently performing at the Tamworth Country Music festival.
