King Charles is reportedly ready to cut off Prince Andrew if he doesn’t vacate Royal Lodge.
The 75-year-old monarch’s patience is wearing thin as his disgraced brother continues to refuse moving to Frogmore Cottage, despite Charles’s offer to cover his expenses.
‘An insider’ told the Times that Charles is offering to bankroll Andrew’s lifestyle if he relocates, but Andrew remains defiant. The source warned, “If Andrew doesn’t leave soon, the King might have to pull the plug on all the support. Andrew would then need to fund his security, accommodation, and lavish lifestyle on his own – a nearly impossible feat given the costs.”
Meanwhile, Andrew is already making expensive renovations to the £30 million estate, which has fallen into disrepair with mildew and chipped paint due to years of neglect. Images show scaffolding around the entrance and a massive skip for rubbish.
Andrew’s 73-year lease, starting in 2003, obliges him to maintain the estate, including repainting every five years and redecorating the interior every seven. Despite Charles’s suggestion to relocate, Andrew remains stubbornly entrenched, saying he plans to honour the lease.

Amid fears that the royals might even cut off utilities to force him out, a friend revealed, “He’s fragile and worried the post-coronation knives are out.” However, a source close to Andrew refuted these claims, insisting he has no plans to move.
After the coronation, Charles reduced Andrew’s annual allowance to £249,000, making it impossible for him to afford the upkeep of his 30-room mansion.
