UK cops vow to crack down on the depraved subculture known as ‘nullos’.

Three members of a body modification cult, including former nurse Nathaniel Arnold, Jacob Crimi-Appleby, and male prostitute Damien Byrnes, are facing imprisonment for participating in extreme body modifications on Marius Gustavson, the group’s leader.

Gustavson, known as ‘The Eunuch Maker’, led a scheme that earned up to £200,000 by live-streaming the gruesome procedures, the Daily Mail reported. Arnold, Crimi-Appleby, and Byrnes admitted to causing grievous bodily harm with intent, involving the amputation of Gustavson’s leg, the removal of his penis, and the partial removal of his nipple.

Gustavson arranged for Byrnes to perform the genital removal for a fee. They communicated extensively about the procedure, which was eventually recorded. After the operation, Gustavson required medical attention. Arnold also admitted to stealing medical supplies and possession of extreme pornographic images.

The case is part of a larger investigation into a subculture focused on genital nullification, known as ‘nullos’. Several others are involved in related charges, including conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm and causing GBH with intent.

The sentencing for Arnold, Crimi-Appleby, and Byrnes was scheduled for Friday (local time).
