Randy R. Gragg of Memphis Tennessee is to appear in court on indecency charges next week.
Police were called out to a report of suspicious activity in the early hours of Friday 8 April 2022. They came across Gragg, who took off on foot, but was found and arrested a short time later.
In the back seat of the police car while waiting to be transported to the local police station, a female officer caught Gragg engaging in the indecent act.
Gragg faces three charges – car burglary, indeceny and evading arrest.
