A man identifying himself as “Palm Beach Pete” and who recently went viral for his striking resemblance to Jeffrey Epstein, has now spoken out—claiming he once partied with the disgraced financier but insisting he is not the same person.
The man first gained widespread attention after being filmed driving a convertible with the top down near Palm Beach, Florida, with the footage quickly spreading across social media platforms. Viewers were stunned by the similarity, prompting speculation and debate online.
In comments that have since circulated alongside the video, “Palm Beach Pete” said he had been in the same social circles as Epstein, claiming he “used to party with Jeffrey Epstein,” while also asserting that “he is not him.”
He further stated that “nobody knew where Epstein’s money came from,” echoing long-standing public intrigue around the convicted sex offender’s wealth.
Describing his current life, the man said he is now “a regular guy” working in real estate, adding that Epstein is dead. In a more lighthearted remark, he quipped: “I’m just a better-looking version of Jeffrey.”
Despite the claims, the man’s identity has not been independently verified, and there is no confirmation of his alleged past association with Epstein. The viral clip and subsequent statements have nonetheless fuelled renewed online discussion about Epstein and the circles he moved in prior to his death in 2019.
