Watch: Groom attacks bride with wedding cake in ‘prank’

Jade Kennedy wedding news

British woman Jade Kennedy’s wedding has made headlines around the world.

A viral video shot during the reception shows the groom smashing a piece of cake into her face. Kennedy is seen standing in front of the room in her wedding dress, while the groom cuts a piece of the cake.

She appears to realise what’s about to happen and tries to evade her new husband.

But he corners her, and with nowhere to run, he smashes the cake right into her face. Kennedy’s head jerks backwards and appears to strike the wall.

Later, she stated things were all good, and her husband was just getting her back for a prank.

  1. What a plonker. Where’s the respect, I give them a year if they last that long. The same can be said for many weddings these days when the dance routine, if you can call it that, is the highlight of the day. Ego is the ruler now, the true reason for the ceremony long dead and buried. Truly a reflection of the material world we live in. Sad really that we have put so much of the good out in the trash…

    • I think what he did is scary! If he can do that at their wedding in front of all their guests what on earth does he do in private! She should run and never look back!

  2. A huge red flag ! If he can do that to her on their wedding day in full view of all their guests, what on earth does he do to her in private? I would have run and NEVER looked back!
