Fletcher Building has reported a full-year net loss of $419 million, increasing from $227 million last year, as revenue fell to $7.0b and underlying profit dropped to $384m.
While no dividend was declared, net debt fell to $999m.
Fletcher expects subdued demand in New Zealand and mixed signals in Australia, but aims for stronger long-term returns.
