Frederick Hobson received a life sentence in the Auckland High Court, with a minimum non-parole period of 15 years for the murder of Janak Patel, a dairy worker.
Hobson, who admitted to the murder, faced the consequences of his brutal actions that took place in November 2022 at the Rose Cottage Superette in Sandringham. Alongside him, Shane Tane, who pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery, was handed a sentence of four years and six months’ imprisonment.
The tragic incident occurred when Patel was fatally stabbed while working at the Sandringham store.
If you deliberately take a life parole should not even be on the table.
A couple of worthless pieces of crap
Get rid of them
