Former Australian senator Bob Carr has informed Minister of Foreign Affairs Winston Peters of his intention to start legal proceedings against him, according to media reports.
Peters criticised Carr’s views on the AUKUS security partnership between Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States during an interview on state media RNZ’s Morning Report.
Carr says Peters’ remarks were defamatory and threatened legal action aginst the Deputy Prime Minister via letter from his lawyers.
RNZ removed the comments from the interview online after Carr also threatened legal action agains them.
Last month Carr was in New Zealand to take part in a panel discussion on AUKUS.
In response to a question about the situation, Prime Minister Christopher Luxon suggested Carr should be accustomed to the ‘rough and tumble’ of political discourse.

What Winston said was basically that Bob Carr is a lackey/pawn of China, because Carr opposes nuclear armed ANZUS, which btw was potentially agreed to by Jabcinda and comrades, but Hippy tries to sound important by describing the current govts interest as something to protest. What a bunch of opportunistic globalists.
Hopefully sheeple wake up to their mistake to vote for any of the main parties, especially for turn-coat Winston or WEF puppet Luxon.
I remember Bob Carr from my time living in Australia, I think of him in the same vein as Kevin Rudd. Here’s what he said in Wellington, he’s DEAD right.

Yep, wake up people and stop voting mainstream……we are not part of the USA, we are a peaceful, sovereign nation.
As a New Zealander I don’t want us signing up to a AUKUS in any way, shape or form. Australia doing so in my view is a HUGE mistake and could bring war to our very doorstep, if the US and UK, who by this stage, have an open reputation for warmongering, goad China into a conflict.
Anyone voting for the mainstream, globalist party’s needs to wake up, in my view they are not acting in OUR interests. This is one of many, glaring examples.
The problem is most voters are utterly uninformed. They still think politics is about left and right. They have no knowledge of the new struggle between Globalists and Populists.

I hope Winston goes for him in court. It is my opinion Carr will go into reverse when he finds out what Winston knows.
The US has recently put sanctions on China because – they say – China is helping Russia in its war with Ukraine.
So, the US and Europe can help Ukraine in any which way they choose yet choke any allies to Russia. Now they are lining the Pacific nations up like ducks in a shooting gallery against China – which supplies us with practically everything in our homes.
Aren’t we all getting a bit tired of the exceptional nation?

You can see why USA was a succesful nation once. When they had guys like Kissinger who took care of the nation’s self awareness. That’s all lost now and i agree that the world would be better off without USAs top export products being fossil fuels, weapons and pharma. And the terrorist acts they conduct to “create” their export market.
