Luxon meets Trump in South Korea

Prime Minister Christopher Luxon has met face-to-face with US President Donald Trump in South Korea, describing the encounter as a valuable opportunity to strengthen ties between New Zealand and the United States.

Luxon said the two leaders met briefly before attending an APEC leaders’ dinner hosted by South Korean President Lee Jae Myung, alongside counterparts from Australia, Canada, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Both arrived at the dinner together, where Trump reportedly told reporters he “liked your man from New Zealand.” In a post to social media after the meeting, Luxon said the pair discussed ways to make the NZ–US relationship “even stronger.”

Speaking to reporters afterward, Luxon declined to detail specific topics discussed, saying he would not give a “blow-by-blow” account but confirmed tariffs were among the issues raised at the dinner. He said the US administration was “very, very clear” on New Zealand’s position on tariffs and that Wellington understood Washington’s stance as well. Luxon described the dinner as an intimate setting that allowed a single group conversation throughout, with leaders toasting “world peace and collaboration.” He added that his goal had been to build rapport with President Trump, noting the meeting was “not a win” but part of his job to put New Zealand in the best possible position with global partners.

  1. A big cheesy grin.
    Who could resist?
    That’s Our man.
Did Chris not tell Trump tariffs are a tax that are passed onto the consumer unless absorbed by the exporter or importer?
    Somehow I doubt it.
Has the Epstein Room been completed yet?

  2. if Luxon refuses to discuss with Kiwis what was discussed with the Trumpetman, then he is NOT being transparent.
What else was ‘discussed’…bringing in U.S. Troops during the NZ Election of 2026 under Operation katipo?
Enhancing the now-permanent FBI here in NZ which will assist in oppressing New Zealanders for speaking out against the Russian-Ukraine War, and supporting the Zionist J3wi$h regine in the Ukraine while ACC benefits for permanently disabled and sick Kiwis are cut-off?
Kids surviving on one meal a day here in NZ?
Autistic persons here in NZ having their benefits cut because they inherited the family home?
Allowing Blackrock sneaking in to nz in order to to jack home prices up here in NZ, and then the opposition proposing CGT which will be based on the QV Value of the home, and not a fixed rate which is scheduled to increase 100% in 10 years?
Sneaking around with Judith to force-summary the Digital I.D., followed by CBDC’s and Social Credit which will be used to cut us off from banking, shopping, services, travel and Passport cancellations?
Allowiing Palantir, the GCSB, SIS, FBI, CIA, MOSSAD and MI-6 to violate our liberties and sovereignty?
THE ONLY WAY OUT OF THIS SHIT IS TO VOTE FOR THE NEW ZEALAND LOYAL PARTY IN 2026, IF WE ALL ACTUALLY MAKE IT THERE WITHOUT BEING HOLOCAUSTED, HOLODOMORED, BIO-WARFARED (JABS…) OR NUKED!

  3. Did Luxon tell Trump that Net Zero is his religion? The he is systematically crucifying NZ with same nonsense that his predecessor spouted.
