Nelson farewells Senior Sergeant Lyn Fleming with full Police Honours

The Nelson community is gathering today at the Trafalgar Centre to bid farewell to Senior Sergeant Lyn Fleming, a dedicated police officer, netball coach, and community figure, who lost her life on New Year’s Day after being struck by a vehicle while on patrol.

The 38-year police veteran will be honoured with a police motorcade and a service attended by hundreds.

A 32-year-old man facing multiple charges related to the incident, including murder, will appear in court next month.

  1. The media are riding this story like the false flag mosque shooting. I smell agenda. Picking the scab off every night on the news to manipulate the homogenous mass.
Police are the biggest gang. They are out of control. Weaponised against our people. Protecting the profitable crimes and fraud of the wealthy instead. Protecting the masonic investments.

  2. Well, here it is in writing. This was a retaliatory act against the police for something they have done. The police look for public sympathy when they know exactly what that something was.

The police might want to think how better to conduct themselves better in the future.

The government might want to consider removing the independent police conduct court and send such members through the normal court like any other person.
