  1. Crime stats in Christchurch indicate a serious surge in the same!

Christchurch is OVERPRICED, OVERCONFIDENT AND OVERLY ARROGANT in it’s thinking, planning and modelling of future projects!
No one can afford to move there, and for the quake victims who left and were planning to return, they are now stuck in a depressed housing market in most of the country, while Christchurch continues the ‘Boutique City Profile (aka ‘Smart City w/ many *human dog kennels (which the Chch Council & E-Can love as they garner rates from an average of 10 units as opposed to 1 former dwelling…) replacing traditional Kiwi Quarter Acre Homes) with infrastructure that cannot keep up!
The homeless are being run out of the quake-prone ‘Green Zone’ which Jerry Brownlee and the government said would be ‘retired’, and yet there are new projects being planned for that area, with rumoured flooding making the area a new ‘conservation wetland’.
The water sources are at breaking point, and the sewer plant can’t keep up with demand! And then there’s the electricity supply problem…!
Christchurch has wasted hundreds of millions of ratepayer and government grant money to build a stadium that will always be underused, while they still have residents living in garages, sleep-outs and garden sheds 15 years past the 2011 quakes!
Now, with unemployment going permanent on the landscape, crime is shooting up, with the youth and Uni graduates now realising that they have been lied to, so their next step in survival is to ‘grab what they can’.
Imagine the pure crime-ridden and murderous hell that the country will become when the energy sources (petrol, diesel, natural gas…) runs out and there is no food on the shelves in the supermarkets!
READ THE FACIAL EXPRESSIONS OF THE CURRENT UNI-PARTY POLITICIANS; THEY FUCKING WELL KNOW WHAT THEY HAVE DONE, AND WHAT IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER TIME-WISE!
THEY ARE LIMPING THE SYSTEM ALONG UNTIL THEY CAN GET TO THEIR SWISS AND WEST INDIES HIDING HOLES JUST PRIOR TO TOTAL COLLAPSE!
In the meantime, sign the petitions which demand that Marsden Point be re-opened for local oil refinement and fuel production!
