UPDATE – Serious crash, Three Kings
Police can confirm a person has died following a crash between a car and a motorbike on Mt Eden Rd near the intersection with Mt Albert Rd early yesterday morning.
Shortly after 7am emergency services responded to the crash where the motorcyclist had sustained critical injuries.
Sadly, the driver of the motorbike died in hospital.
The incident will be referred to the Coroner.
Name Release, Jacks Point Fatal Incident
Police are now in a position to release the name of the man that died following a workplace incident in Jacks Point on Tuesday 28 March.
He was 58-year-old Grant Treleaven of Queenstown.
Enquiries into the circumstances of the incident are ongoing.
