Information sought following aggravated robbery, Nawton
Police are asking for the public’s help following an aggravated robbery at Dominos Pizza, Nawton this week.
At around 11pm on Thursday 6 October, two offenders entered the store, one of whom was armed with what appeared to be a pistol.
The offenders demanded money from staff before leaving on foot, heading towards Durham Street.
Enquiries are ongoing to identify and locate those involved.
Police would like to hear from anyone in the area around the time of the robbery who has information that could assist our enquiries.

Fatal crash, Nukuhau, Taupo
Police can confirm one person has died following a crash on Acacia Bay Road on Friday night.
The crash occurred around 10:40pm and involved two vehicles.
One person passed away at the scene and another was airlifted to hospital in a serious condition.
The road is now open and an investigation into the crash remains ongoing.

One person has died following a crash on the Remutaka Hill yesterday.
An investigation into the crash remains ongoing.
Emergency landing – Rangiora
Police are responded to an emergency landing at Rangiora Airfield involving a light aircraft yesterday.
The plane had an issue on take-off and the pilot performed an emergency landing in a paddock short of the runway.
Five people were on board at the time, and only minor injuries have been reported.
The incident happened about 11am.
Police attended and provided assistance in securing the scene.

Police can confirm one person has died following a crash on Galatea Road, Omataroa.
The crash occurred around 9:10pm last night and involved two vehicles.
The road is now open.
An investigation into the crash remains ongoing.
