Aucklanders are being warned to expect possible delays on parts of the motorway network and roads near the central city on Saturday due to planned protest activity.
Police say a ‘large-scale operation’ will be in place to prevent pedestrian access to the Auckland Harbour Bridge and surrounding motorways after the Freedom and Rights Coalition was declined a permit by NZ Transport Agency in December.
Police have advised the group they will not facilitate access to the bridge.
Waitematā District Commander Superintendent Naila Hassan said additional resources from across Auckland and other parts of the country will be deployed.
Motorists using the motorway network near Victoria Park, the city centre and Ponsonby are being urged to plan ahead for delays and significant bus detours.
A separate protest on Queen Street between Te Komititanga Square and Myers Park is also expected to cause delays in central Auckland on Saturday afternoon.

Others? who? rights? Do you mean the rights of unwanted foreigners to come to NZ and stay and get residency and citizenship and then chain migrate more people in. Then stand of office and cheat and commit ballot fraud? and produce fraudulent documents for monetary gain and scam everyone?
If you apply that argument then everything that’s inconvenient for others, can be banned, including free speech. Of course, the problem is, its everyone this is applied to including, one day, YOU!

Elites flooded the West with n-wiggers but NZ was hard to reach by foot, so they came up with a clever plan, they made a FTA with India where we export nothing of real value to India and in return India sends unskilled people to NZ who enroll as students and learn English while working in Indian vape shops, delivering for Indian pizza shops or pumping gas for Indian service stations or any other Indian business that wont hire locals because the fraud is easy to spot from the inside. After time served and fees are paid they bring in their family. This has no value to the people of NZ but it gives the same results of flooding the West with non Whites that is going on in every-other Western country.
