Police believe there is no further threat towards the public following an incident at Marlborough Girls High School.
Police are speaking to two young people in relation to the incident.
Emergency services want to stress the negative impact hoax calls have on the community and on resources that may be needed to respond to other priority incidents.
In an earlier statement on the incident released by police, police confirmed that staff were in attendance at the school in response to ‘threats’. The school was put into lockdown. Other schools in the area followed suit.
