Dear Commissioners,
I am writing to express profound disappointment regarding the Royal Commission’s current approach to gathering testimony. It has become apparent that the Commission has chosen to primarily engage with organisations, some of which have supported vaccine-injured individuals and bereaved families, rather than directly hearing from those of us who have suffered the direct proven consequences of the COVID-19 vaccine and our our families
This decision is particularly concerning given that ACC has acknowledged and compensated over 12.6 million dollars for vaccine injuries (as of Jan 2025), covid-19-vaccination-claims-refresh-january-2025.pdf alongside additional payouts for five confirmed vaccine-related deaths. If this inquiry is genuinely committed to uncovering the truth and ensuring justice for those affected and the lessons learned, it is imperative that you engage directly with the individuals whose lives have been irrevocably altered.
I urge the Commission to have ACC immediately contact individuals who have been formally diagnosed and approved as vaccine-injured by ACC, as well as families of the recognised deaths, such as the Nairns, where a conclusive link between the COVID-19 vaccine and death has been established. These individuals and families must be afforded and offered the opportunity to provide public testimony before this inquiry.
The focus on “temporal” and “causal” links during the questioning of support groups like VFF, NZDSOS, and The Health Forum yesterday felt deeply dismissive and, frankly, like a continuation of the gaslighting already endured both our injured and the families of those who have suffered fatalities from the Covid vaccine. It raises the question of whether those chosen to speak and this line of questioning is employed precisely because it cannot be applied to cases where vaccine injury or death has already been conclusively proven.
Many of us have faced egregious misdiagnoses by medical professionals, who, under apparent pressure from the Medical Council, often dismissed clear physiological symptoms as “anxiety.” This systemic failure led to delayed treatment and exacerbated suffering. Our experiences, including the arduous and often gruelling ACC review process that necessitates legal and expert intervention, highlight a profound lack of support and recognition within the existing systems. My own son’s case, involving multiple misdiagnoses, misread ECGs at multiple hospitals and lost test results, and a delayed discovery of a critical ECG indicating pericarditis, is but one example of the devastating impact of this medical negligence or fear on the part of Doctors to be associated with diagnosing Covid 19 Vaccine injury. Which is also why you should also invite those who have been turned down by ACC as well . Many have formal diagnosis and are still turned down.
Many vaccine-injured individuals, including my son, are now permanently impaired, requiring ongoing medical care and medication. His health, in his twenties, has been irrevocably compromised by the COVID-19 vaccine.
By failing to hear publicly from the vaccine-injured and the families of those who have died, this Commission risks undermining its own integrity and perpetuating the very invisibility and marginalisation that has plagued our community. We have been hidden from public view for too long, and excluding our direct testimony from this inquiry would be an insult to our suffering and a disservice to the public’s right to know the full truth..
We implore you to reconsider your approach and ensure that the voices of the vaccine-injured and bereaved are central to this Royal Commission’s proceedings.

This commission is the last chance to address the pain of the people.
If it fails, the damage to the political process and to society will be unfathomable.
Sadly there were a few testimonies from some who were injured but they basically still pushed Arderns narrative.
However, I feel that Lynda Wharton did a bloody good job at speaking out for the injured and dead as did VFF and NZDSOS. The bias from the commissioners was out there for all to see.
Unfortunately I think Aly is correct and it looks like nothing will come of this.

The commissioners are disgustingly dismissive, how the hell did the get to be on the panel, they are horrific! Are they jabbed is what I want to know…
If the ‘Commisioners’ (lol) are not jabbed then they all should be to keep the rest of us all safe from this dreadful ‘Covid19’ coronavirus disease you know. Yeah right – just another bunch of hand picked bribed to the eyeball liars. They must be kidding themselves if they dont think the people cant see right through them like a window with no pane.
Anything ‘Royal’ or ‘Crown’ related, including the oath taken by NZ law enforcement and military etc., is proof that the people are not sovereign.
It’s a ‘top down’ government where you are just mere ‘subjects’ to be subjected to tyranny, murder and mayhem by the scum that has risen to the top.
New Zealanders, wake up and see what must be done. It’s way overdue. Either take back control of your individual sovereignty or be relegated to the rubbish tin of history, physically, culturally and financially FOREVER.

The data out there is overwhelming.
That shows this enquiry is just being carried out for whitewash purposes.
All the inquiry has to clear up is when those in charge had evidence that this stuff wasn’t working. The claims around efficacy started off aligning this toxin with normal vaccinations so “get this and you’ll be right to party ,travel and be a normal citizen” to ” looks like you’ll need another one (like an actual vaccine ,we’ll call it a booster) .It got down to 6 weeks and took natural immunity with it while accepted science got rewritten around vaccine behaviors. There hasnt been a backpeddle on this anywhere so until recently our own health department included pregnant women in the “at risk” groups needing more gene modifications ( Remember Pfizer told us they would “re educate” our genes to recognise the blah blah ) People can be forgiven for responding to an emergency as was appropriate but those who are perpetrating this in the face of even the smallest of doubt must be easily identified

Injured ? Everybody that took the jab have damaged themselves due to it altering their dna. Don’t take my word for it go look up whats happened not to mention the issues coming to light now yet not a squeak from so called accredited media
