Manchester United began their Old Trafford journey under new manager Ruben Amorim with a hard-fought 3-2 victory over Bodo/Glimt in the Europa League.
Despite an early goal from Alejandro Garnacho following a goalkeeper blunder, United were stunned by two quick strikes from the Norwegian side, leaving them trailing after just 25 minutes.
Rasmus Hojlund rescued the hosts with a brilliant equalizer before half-time and netted the winner early in the second half from a Manuel Ugarte cross.
While Amorim will be pleased with the crucial win, wasted chances from Garnacho, Amad Diallo, and Marcus Rashford left the result closer than it might have been, leading to a tense finish.
