The New Zealand men’s hockey team delivered a commanding 6-2 win over Pakistan in the Nations Cup final in Malaysia, clinching their second consecutive title and promotion back into the FIH Pro League.
A dominant first half saw goals from Scott Cosslett, Sam Hiha, Dylan Thomas, Sean Findlay, and Scott Boyde, with Findlay’s strike from an acute angle a standout.
Cosslett added a sixth late in the match, while Nic Woods earned player of the match honours.
