Chelsea collapse late as PSG open three-goal advantage

Paris Saint-Germain F.C. seized control of their Champions League last-16 tie after a dramatic late surge secured a 5-2 first-leg win over Chelsea F.C. in Paris.

Chelsea had fought back twice and were level at 2-2 deep into the second half after goals from Malo Gusto and Enzo Fernández cancelled out strikes from Bradley Barcola and Ousmane Dembélé, but goalkeeper Filip Jørgensen gifted PSG the lead again with a misplaced pass that allowed Vitinha to score.

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia then took over, curling in a superb strike before adding a fifth with the final touch of the game, leaving Chelsea facing a huge task in the second leg at Stamford Bridge.
