England produced a blistering attacking performance to crush Croatia 0-7 in Rijeka, delivering one of their strongest displays since Thomas Tuchel took charge.
Harry Kane struck twice, while Bukayo Saka also scored a brace as England repeatedly tore through a struggling Croatian defence that had previously made Rijeka a formidable home venue.
Jude Bellingham was central to the demolition, scoring once and creating three goals, while Anthony Gordon continued his impressive international form with another goal and substitute Morgan Rogers completed the rout late on.
England were already four goals ahead by half-time and maintained the pressure after the break, with Kane, Saka, Bellingham and Gordon proving particularly difficult for Croatia to contain.
Although the hosts contributed to their downfall with a series of defensive errors, England’s pace, movement and attacking ambition provided Tuchel with an emphatic Nations League victory.
