Leeds end Old Trafford drought as ten-man United fall short

Leeds United claimed a landmark victory at Old Trafford, securing their first league win there since 1981 and boosting their survival hopes with a composed display against Manchester United.

Early goals from Noah Okafor put the visitors firmly in control, exposing a sluggish first-half performance from the hosts, whose struggles deepened when Lisandro Martínez was sent off after a VAR review.

Despite a late push led by Casemiro and a series of near chances, United were unable to recover, handing Leeds a crucial win while dealing a setback to Michael Carrick’s side.
