Racing Bulls boss Alan Permane says the team is unlikely to finalise its 2026 driver line-up until after the season finale, with Red Bull’s earlier timeline pushed back due to intense constructors’ battles rather than upcoming regulation changes.
While Max Verstappen is the only driver contracted beyond 2025, contenders for the remaining seats include Isack Hadjar—tipped for a Red Bull promotion—alongside Yuki Tsunoda, New Zealander Liam Lawson, and F2 driver Arvid Lindblad.
Permane stressed that both teams want stability while fighting for crucial championship positions, with experience likely to be a key factor as they prepare for major 2026 car changes.
Lawson sits 14th in the standings heading into the final three races.
