Watch: Lock-In next Sunday for Breakers’ Home Semifinal at Spark

The Hungry Jack’s NBL Finals will tip-off on Sky Sport Thursday night with a massive double-header.

The South East Melbourne Phoenix will host the Perth Wildcats in a sudden-death Play-In Qualifier at 8:30pm, before the Cairns Taipans take on the Tasmania JackJumpers at 10:30pm in a Seeding Qualifier.

The winner of the Play-In advances to face the loser of the Seeding Qualifier, to determine who plays the Sydney Kings in Series 2 of the Playoffs.

The winner of the Seeding game will advance to Series 1 of the Playoffs against the New Zealand Breakers.

Full details of the Play-In tournament schedule are as follows:

Play-In Qualifier: Thursday 9 February
South East Melbourne Phoenix v Perth Wildcats, John Cain Arena, 8:30pm

Seeding Qualifier: Thursday 9 February
Cairns Taipans v Tasmania JackJumpers, Cairns Convention Centre, 10:30pm

Play-In Game: Sunday 12 February
Teams TBC, Venue TBC, 4:00pm

The Kings and Breakers have already advanced to the Playoffs, and await their respective opponents.

The Playoffs begin on Sunday, February 12 in New Zealand, and the Sydney series tips-off on Wednesday, February 15.

The Playoffs are a best-of-three game series, with the Championship Series a best of five.
