Watch: US hosting service GoDaddy accused of Chinese style censorship after deleting Aussie ‘Kill the Bill’ website

US web hosting giant GoDaddy has been accused of Chinese-style censorship after pulling the website of an Australian organisation promoting a petition to stop Dan Andrews’ march to dictatorial powers in Victoria.

The web site www.killthebill.com.au was set up in response to Andrews’ proposed ‘pandemic bill’, which if passed would give him unprecedented powers many believe he will abuse, given his past record during Melbourne’s long lockdown this year.

In this video Avi Yemini, the journalist responsible for the web site explains the shocking development and actions of GoDaddy, measures which have implcations for freedom of expression, press freedom and democracy around the world.
