An intoxicated member of a stag party, nicknamed “Choffers” urinated through his miniskirt onto British journalist Sally Howard and her seat during an easyJet flight from Barcelona to London this week.
The disruptive behaviour began at the airport, where the group consumed alcohol before boarding, and escalated mid-flight as turbulence hit.
Howard wrote about the incident in a column in the UK Telegraph.
EasyJet condemned the incident, while industry reports show a sharp rise in disruptive passenger incidents across Europe.
Airlines are advocating for stricter airport alcohol regulations to address the growing safety concerns linked to intoxicated travellers.
